Terms of Service for Kravin’

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kravin’ mobile application (“App”). Kravin’ is operated by Hidden Gems LLC.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App
   Kravin’ provides a platform for discovering food dishes and restaurants based on user activity and “pings.” You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Accounts
   If you create an account:
   • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
   • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
3. Content and Information
   Kravin’ provides dish and restaurant information for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee:
   • Accuracy of listings
   • Availability of restaurants or menu items
   • Quality of food or services
4. User Conduct
   You agree not to:
   • Use the App for illegal activities
   • Interfere with or disrupt the App
   • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
5. User Content
   Users may interact with the App through features such as “pings” or other engagement. By using these features, you agree not to submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content.
6. Intellectual Property
   All content, branding, and design within Kravin’ are owned by Hidden Gems LLC and may not be used without permission.
7. Third-Party Services
   The App may use or link to third-party services (such as hosting or database providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Location Services
   Kravin’ may use your device’s location to provide nearby results. You can disable location access in your device settings at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hidden Gems LLC is not liable for:
    • Any damages arising from use of the App
    • Errors or inaccuracies in content
11. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time.
12. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
